Chas Mortimer have a 7,000 square foot, highly secure warehouse at our headquarters in Ashford, Kent where all bikes are stored prior to shipping. These premises are patrolled at night, on weekends and are equipped with infra-red alarm systems with links directly to the police and two members of staff.
Storage prior to shipping is free of charge but we also offer bike storage pro rata for any length of time. This service is often used by clients who lack the space at home or who will be abroad for some time and therefore require a secure place to leave their bike. With Chas Mortimer you can rest safe in the knowledge that your machine is in the safest possible hands.
